This is for those of you would like to be able to control the LED on your Geforce cards including the 1080 Ti FE without the need for GeFarce Experience. This used to be included in the drivers.
http://international.download.nvidia.com/GFE/LEDViz/1.0.0.0/LEDVisualizer_v1.0.0.0.exe
The static settings (intensity) will persist through reboots and driver over installs. If you do a clean driver install it will reset the LED back to its default state.

But GFE doesn't support LED control anyway.
Also, none of these seem to work at all with my 1070. Are the leds on the FTW cards white only? There's no color options in these programs.

That's right... I'm just glad I didn't have to download it to get this LED stuff... GFE would be somewhat cool if you didn't have to register and all that. I set it up a few weeks back and wasn't all that impressed with having to register... and do I really need help with my game settings? LOL
Uninstalled.

I've controlled the intensity of those LEDs with this product, on other GeForce cards
The Logo LEDs can be increased or decreased in intensity with ocscannerX
choose the "SETTINGS" button, in the popup box that opens go to GeForce LED logo control, select manual, change the number and select "Apply"
