What is the best relic for Bailu? ›

Bailu's Best Builds

The Messenger relic set gives her more SPD and also lets her buff her allies' SPD when using her Ultimate, which means more actions for both her and her allies. Fleet of the Ageless provides her party with an ATK boost while also increasing her HP at the same time.

The overall sentiment leans towards Bailu, emphasising her edge in healing capabilities over Lynx's. ' Lynx, despite her cleansing skills, struggles to match Bailu's sustain. The deciding factor largely becomes the specific combat situation and enemy type.

Her Skill healing is great, restoring health to multiple allies, and her passive ability to revive a fallen ally once per battle makes her a fantastic Abundance character to have. Bailu's major downside, however, is her lack of cleansing ability.

Naturally, HP and Outgoing Healing are the two critical stats for Bailu you'll want to boost through Relics. Speed is always a great attribute to boost as well, as it allows for quicker actions and is a requirement for some Planar Ornaments to provide their full effects, so that's another one to get.

Quid Pro Quo, a 4-star light cone, presents another excellent option for Bailu. It can be purchased from the Forgotten Hall Light Cone Store using Lucent Afterglow or obtained as a Trailblazer Level reward.

Bailu is the better of the two in Honkai Star Rail regarding healing. Natasha isn't a bad option, especially given that every player is guaranteed to get her. You can also build her up faster, unlocking her full potential. When fitted with the right pieces of equipment, she can carry on the healing process quite well.

Heck, we can even argue that Gallagher is better than the standard 5-star Abundance character Bailu. Bailu provides bigger healing numbers and a free revive, sure, but the healing from her skill is RNG-dependent and her revive is honestly just a crutch that ideally should never get used anyway.

At least Eidolons on a DPS that you use isn't a waste, for what it's worth. Luocha's the best character in the game so far, it doesn't matter if you have a cracked Bailu and Natasha with maxed traces and perfect relics.

Huo Huo has stronger heal % paper wise but is actually weaker than Bai's overall healing due to the nature of pre-healing, she does however make up for that in being able clear debuff and act as an extremely valuable faux harmony buffer at the cost of neutral to less than friendly SP management.

How many times can Bailu revive? ›

When an ally receives a killing blow, they will be revived by Bailu if she is not disabled. It's worth knowing that she can revive others whether they are invigorated or not. Note that E0 Bailu can only revive once per battle.
